Returns and changes policy

You have the right to return all or part of the order without being obliged to tell us why you wish to return the products, within 14 days from the date you pick it up.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you have the obligation to contact us via email: info@tetrafyllo.com in order to inform you about the ways of return.
Requests for change or return of products after the period of 14 days are accepted only in case of defective products according to Greek legislation, based on the provisions applicated to the sales contracts.

Terms and conditions of change validity or product return

You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it without having its packaging violated and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail receipt.
The return will only be accepted after the approval of the company.
After we receive product, we will process your request immediately and we will notify you by e-mail on how we will proceed.
All products returned to our company are subjected to meticulousness quality control.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully your order at the moment of the delivery, the condition of the sold products and the integrity of their packaging, in order to be ascertained any obvious defects.
In case a defect is found during the quality control on returned product, a representative of our company will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.
The total cost of the shipping for changes or returns is borne the customer.
The total refund amount (the amount of the order without the shipping costs) will be refunded to credit card if the payment has been made by credit card or with a bank deposit for all of the other payment methods (any bank charges are borne the customer).

In case of non-fulfillment of some of the above conditions, tetrafyllo.com is either entitled to (a) consider that the right to change or return was not validly exercised and therefore not accept the return or change of the product or (b) (specially in  case that the products are returned worn, used to not intact) accept the change or return and at the same time to claim compensation from the Customer on the value of the defects of the returned product.
