Prices and availability

Tetrafyllo.com reserves the right to modify the prices of the products on its website at any time. It is committed, however, to apply the values listed on the site at the time of your order. Note that we execute your order according to our available stocks and that the reported product availability is indicative and not binding. In case any of the products is not available in our stock, we commit to contact you by email within 2 business days from the date of the order, informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you or for any complete lack of the specific product.

Placing an order through the e-shop is a contract distance selling regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. Ability to place a valid order through the e-shop, you have if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (if you have reached the age of eighteen and you are not in legal assistance in concluding a contract of sale). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you have the obligation to contact us via email: info@tetrafyllo.com in order to inform you about the ways of return.
Requests for change or return of products after the period of 14 days are accepted only in case of defective products according to Greek legislation, based on the provisions applicated to the sales contracts.
